Looking to cook for a dozen folks. I’m actually excited. I like small and manageable. LOL
I can’t really have any helpers unless they go chop far away from me.
Someone will however needs to bring the turkey. Looks too much like a mini human for me. Im sorta vegetarian.
But imma make:
Gourmet pecan stuffing
Mushroom-onion gravy
Roasted garlic potatoes
Salad
French onion soup
Lumpia
Rice
Fresh roasted green bean and squash
Pancit
Pies (pumpkin, strawberry and cheesecake)
I will start prepping on Tuesday. Heee heeee
What kind of wine 🍷 should guests bring, or do they make the choice?
