Right, any news organization that doesn't make excuses for the Republicans & Trump are "left wing." CNN is not. Neither is AP. Neither are the polling experts who work for the networks. Because they know they're gonna look stupid if they end up being wrong. They were in 2016.
They weren't in 2018 because they realized they needed to weigh the rural White vote more that was undercounted in 2016 polls. That's fixed now.
So Biden's ahead in most (8!) of the swing states. It's a matter of turnout & hopefully lack of voter suppression that the Republicans love because they hate democracy & just want their candidates to win.

I mean like Texas where the Republican governor only allowed one drop off box per county. Meaning people in black districts had to drive miles to get to theirs. Yeah, not a coincidence, knowing they tend to vote Democrat.
I mean, as I said earlier, Trump siccing his lawyers the moment polls close at 8 p.m. EST to prevent a full counting of votes because he knows he'll be ahead but then lose as the Democratic votes are counted. And urging right wing wackos with guns to intimidate people at the polls.

Only Republican led states (e.g., Texas) require you to have an excuse to vote by mail. That's more voter suppression. Bottom line: No matter what the Repugs & Trump say, voter fraud is so low, it's worst to enact "safety precautions" because it just denies more people the right to vote.
And yes, Democrats ARE smarter than Republicans. Polls have always shown that the more education you have, the less conservative you are. Those without any college haven't learned how to use their brains to reason for themselves. So they fall for charlatans hypocrites like Trump & the Republicans.
And that's why the poorest areas of the South always vote Republican when the party's only trying to allow corporations to make money off them & prevent them from getting the healthcare they deserve.

Trump is doing exactly what he planned all along.
The race is closer than expected. Most Republicans voted today and those votes were counted today. Many states haven’t come close to counting the mailed-in ballots that are mostly mostly Democrats.
Trump wants to quickly claim victory even through he knows no winner can be claimed at this point. If he were confident in his position, he wouldn’t jump the gun and claim victory until the votes have been counted.
While it is certainly possible that Trump may win, Biden may have actually won but it may take a few days or weeks to determine the actual winner.
