The Senate is 50-48. The two GA runoffs will decide control.
Dems have to win both to get to 50-50, which would give them control

a Biden win means an all out assault on the 2A, with a congress majority who knows how far they will go.
CA is already tried to ban all lead ammo at shooting ranges which would effectively make it too expensive for the majority of us to enjoy the recreational hobby, very sneaky.

My dad was racist.
I grew up in the suburbs of New York City. This was 45 years ago. In different conversations it came across that my father was prejudiced (the word we used before the term “racist” became popular). I asked him if he was prejudiced. He said, “No.”
We had one of the only pools in our neighborhood. A black family moved into our neighborhood. He had a pool put in. He stopped by to ask my dad a few questions about pool maintenance. My dad answered his questions and even gave him a bottle of chlorine. After he left my dad turned and said to me, “See. I’m not prejudiced. I just gave that nigger some free pool chemicals.”

This Electoral College mess is just the beginning. Dec.14 2020 is the Electoral College Presidential vote. "Faithless Electors" can vote against their state with limited or any retribution.
Mitch McConnell obstructionist leadership is unhealthy. The check and balance is a system based on compromise.

We have to admit ourselves racism has been and still is big issues in this country. Voting Rights Act was enacted not a long ago in 1965.
KS has graciously told us a story of his father, and that was in 1975. It is just 10 years a part each other.
We are still segregated in a way in each community apart from each other and we don't know really about their cultures at all.
For example, how many couples of Black and White do we see in our society at this point? Not that many for sure... That is pretty amazing considering last 400 years of history.

No, Trump did have some achievements. The best is that the Made American Shower Strong Again, a law that he passed or an executive order or whatever. That was his strategy to please women in the suburbs.

It is not their fault, that is how they have been raised those days, and you learn them from our own family members, and unless you are especially keenly aware of what is right or wrong, it is hard to break the barrier.
