WASHINGTON – The members of Election Infrastructure Government Coordinating Council (GCC) Executive Committee – Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Assistant Director Bob Kolasky, U.S. Election Assistance Commission Chair Benjamin Hovland, National Association of Secretaries of State (NASS) President Maggie Toulouse Oliver, National Association of State Election Directors (NASED) President Lori Augino, and Escambia County (Florida) Supervisor of Elections David Stafford – and the members of the Election Infrastructure Sector Coordinating Council (SCC) – Chair Brian Hancock (Unisyn Voting Solutions), Vice Chair Sam Derheimer (Hart InterCivic), Chris Wlaschin (Election Systems & Software), Ericka Haas (Electronic Registration Information Center), and Maria Bianchi (Democracy Works) - released the following statement:
“The November 3rd election was the most secure in American history. Right now, across the country, election officials are reviewing and double checking the entire election process prior to finalizing the result.
“When states have close elections, many will recount ballots. All of the states with close results in the 2020 presidential race have paper records of each vote, allowing the ability to go back and count each ballot if necessary. This is an added benefit for security and resilience. This process allows for the identification and correction of any mistakes or errors. There is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised.
“Other security measures like pre-election testing, state certification of voting equipment, and the U.S. Election Assistance Commission’s (EAC) certification of voting equipment help to build additional confidence in the voting systems used in 2020.
“While we know there are many unfounded claims and opportunities for misinformation about the process of our elections, we can assure you we have the utmost confidence in the security and integrity of our elections, and you should too. When you have questions, turn to elections officials as trusted voices as they administer elections.”

6000 votes were blamed on a clerical error, then a software glitch in Michigan...this same system is in 47counties in Michigan.
the same voting machines (dominion voting systems) are in all counties in GA
nice NYT article on the GA voting machine upgrades in june
GA will be going thru a hand count of all 159 counties...so we shall see if there were any problems
|
|
or is it best just to say fuck it and move on till the next election...this one is over??

Design flaw in Dominion ImageCast Evolution Voting Machine - andrew appel

here he is testifying to congress...he's like an expert in this area
maybe start it around the 32min mark of the clip

regardless, the hand count in GA will let us know about these machines

‘There is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised.”
That is the problem with definitive statements. They usually aren’t true. “no” and “any” aren’t true.
But I understand why they would not want to equivocate on an issue like this.

As in a financial audit... no auditor can grunted that there are zero mistakes, inappropriate transactions or inconsistencies... but what they can say is there are no “material” issues.
Across the US... there is no doubt there were problems with votes, counting, software and totals in every district in America. But... there is no evidence that the errors favored one side only or were material to the point to change the outcome in any state.
I am sure if Biden’s team challenged vote totals... they would find votes for Joe that were counted for Donny. But... they won... so they don’t care.
So... I am in favor of the re-counts in places where there are questions. I can’t imagine it will change anything... but ... if it will, it should be done.

LOL guarantees not “grunted”
Although I have heard a few auditors grunt.

There's nothing more important than the election "process"...........period.
As some old twat once said......
"Trust but verify"
|
|
if you were going to cheat on your taxes...you would know to keep your fingerprints off the plan...so worse case it's a possible inadvertent error
It's possible the DEMS felt they needed to do this no matter what, but they can't be that stupid...that's why they wanted unfiltered mail-in ballots...no id, no sig if possible...that would be like unreported cash...easier to hide, but stats and economic reality can let you know there's an issue with unreported cash...important to work backwards on this stuff.
machines changing vote totals would be like inflating your expenses and hoping there was no audit, but it's too easy for the IRS to say?? let's see the checks...simple hand count will solve the machine question for this election

|
But not allowing people to 'watch' the actual count can allow vote counters to alter a ballot, fix it if it isn't marked correctly. That was denied in countless jurisdications.

@USB
It is incredible that the PSL (Pathetic Sore Losers) will just not shut the fuck up. It's over. Biden won. Stop bitching and complaining and putting forth your absurd theories of fraud.

Trump is a sore loser and Republicans with bad faith and cowardice make our democracy much weaker
The following is a statement from the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency
"It's hard to put it any more bluntly: "There is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes or was in any way compromised"
Rejecting President Donald Trump's persistent claims and complaints, a broad coalition of top government and industry officials is declaring that the Nov. 3 voting and the following count unfolded smoothly with no more than the usual minor hiccups.
It was, they declare, resorting to Trump's sort of dramatic language, "the most secure in American history."
The statement late Thursday by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency amounted to the most direct repudiation to date of Trump's efforts to undermine the integrity of the contest, and echoed repeated assertions by election experts and state officials"
|
|
Everything Trump did was from self-interest and to undo what Obama administration did to serve people in the US for their good will and intentions.
From Environmental Agency, Department of Education, USPS, the destruction Trump caused with his ill wills are unfathomable.
|
|
Even after Trump lost his election, his evil will to make the smooth transition to Biden adminisration impossible continue..
|
|
If the Democrats rigged the election, how did they lose seats in Congress?
Recounts won't change anything because Biden won in a "landslide".
|
|
Back in the day republicans never allowed the voters to choose dog catcher.
They remember how the game was rigged when they had control.
Soon the only way republicans can win elections will be to steal the elections.
They will push through a justice nominee for the SCOTUS during an election.
They will gerrymander every state they control to prevent majority rule. They know
majority rule means only they win and they can restrict abortion, dictate how schools
must allow prayer for everyone but muslims. All students will have their legal status
checked to prevent non residents from being educated.
They covet the power to lourde over others they deem inferior. Republicans
seem ok with going along with trump. Fuck, they believe any crazy shit he says now.
This will just get worse.
