FREE home COVID-19 Test
Nov 21 2020 01:59PM more by mildlyamusing1
Tags: LA, Current Events (All tags)

There is a free COVID-19 test that will be sent by FedEx to your home.

IT IS FAST
I ordered it on my phone last Saturday, received it Tuesday, send it back (for free) Wednesday via FedEx, and I received my results today (Saturday). I tested negative.

IT IS COMFORTABLE
The test is minimally invasive: you don’t need to put the cotton swab deep into your nose, so it is a very comfortable option.

IT IS FREE
It is free if you claim to be uninsured (a government program pays for it). Even if you are insured, you can choose “uninsured” and it will be free for you.

A doctor recommended this test. I am just passing along the information to anyone who wants to test for COVID-19.

I took one back at the beginning in March/April and tested negative
Then realized that unless I tested myself every day
Then traced myself once i got a positive test (hopefully not a false positive)

i was basically wasting my time and any money i may have spent
But, for those who like to take tests, this is as good as any

@ GoBallsDeep

If you’re constantly around/interacting with other people and you’re not taking precautions, then testing doesn’t make sense. That’s also why Covid infections are exploding now.

I was told that someone I had dinner with (which included 2 doctors) 12 days ago tested positive and had symptoms. I don’t hang out with people often and I wear a mask and socially distance religiously, and since I will be with a small group for Thanksgiving who have taken extensive precautions, it made sense for me to get tested and socially isolate.

If you have symptoms and you’re worried about spreading what you have to others, which may be Covid, socially isolate and get tested.

If you interact with the elderly or people with preexisting conditions, socially isolate from them and get tested.

If you’re one of the men or women on this site and you’re starting to feel sick but are not sure what you have, socially isolate and get tested.

Socially isolate = staying away from others for 14 days, which is how long people can be asymptomatic and still be contagious.

^He offers good information, and what do you offer? Divisiveness and ridicule.

You are worthless.

@ luvblackchicks

“ ^ great example of a typical libtard. A grifter at heart, always a scammer, honesty... not a chance.”

I have made it a point not to respond to you because you’re too stupid and shortsighted to understand even basic logic, but now you’re even shitting on things that can help people.

Let me explain even the most basic things to you.

Imagine that a person is trying to decide whether to take a Covid test but they are wavering because of cost. Or they don’t want to inform their insurance for whatever reason, but if they have the option to take the test for free, they’d definitely take it.

But are theses people really grifters if they get a free test even if they have insurance?

I’m sure you know that hospital stays are extremely expensive. Even if the person who is sick is asymptomatic and never actually gets sick, but spreads it to let’s say 3 to 5 people, and one of those people gets sick enough to go to the doctor, that could result in thousands to tens of thousands of dollars of medical costs. And some of those costs will be absorbed by the government and some of this costs would be absorbed by insurance companies, yet a relatively low cost test that is paid by the government can actually save the government money and can help open up the economy sooner. That’s why the vaccines will be free to all Americans.

Bottom line: anything to get people tested to prevent the spread will eventually save money even if the government pays for the test.

I don’t have time to waste arguing with an idiot.

Hope the original post helps people.

Take the test and be responsible.

@ Crane

The test is entirely free if you choose the "uninsured" option. I am 100 percent sure if it.

Don't order a test unless you need one, but if you go through the process of ordering one, the amount you would owe is $0.00.

That is particularly helpful for those who can't afford a test or who would rather spend their money on something else despite really needing to get tested.

It's a "free" country (see what I did there?)
If you want a test, go get tested

But, most of you fuckers are asymptomatic superspreaders
So, by the time you DO feel symptoms
It's too late anyway
And, you probably already killed some of your family and a couple friends

Have a good reason to test, though
Don't just waste my tax dollars for nothing

With Thanksgiving coming , with the possibility of older relatives attending , getting a test takes on a higher priority. It is a health not a political issue

Kayman is still obsessed with fat men.

Anyone know where he can meet a nice chubby guy.

He seems desperate.
