On November 23rd there were 6,124 new confirmed China virus cases in LA county and 17,694 new cases in all of CA. November 24th there was 16,659 new cases in CA. Nice try deflecting but CA is a disaster.

Concerning the pandemic... there is NO SCIENCE to justify shutting down out door restaurants that social distance and follow safety guidelines.
It’s a reactionary response that is destroying businesses unnecessarily.
The judge allowed the order fore safety reasons, but the LA County Health Department must show up in court next week and explain the science behind the decision. It appears they don’t have it.
If they have it, I’ll support shutting them down for public health and safety reasons. But... it seems pretty arbitrary to me.

There is science behind the order to close outside seating in restaurants. The things you need to do -- social distancing and wearing masks -- are simply hard to do when you're at a table eating food with other guests. So it's not completely arbitrary.

Here is an interesting take...
I heard it being discussed on the radio yesterday while I was sitting in traffic.
I’m guessing I was stuck in traffic because the freeway had a lot of cars on it. The freeway had a lot of cars on it... well because people were going places. I suppose people were going places.... because... they are selfish assholes... who weren’t taking into account that I HAD SOMEWHERE TO GO!
