Been to Florida for a several month gig. Different parts.
Something in the sun bakes the brains out there. And all of the moral questionable old people.

Meh, it’s been 8 months, if you haven’t figured out how to pivot, adapt to everything going on & keep your roof over your head, maybe it’s time to find a smaller one you can manage.

As of now, that's not something I have to deal with. THANKFULLY. I have other business adventures, but I think this a sensitive topic! Who would speak openly about it? I think that's more of a personal conversation.

Finally, something with some real gloom possibilities.

Not telling my rental tenant's but girding my loins and will suck up any non payment for as long as it takes to get through this. As long as I'm employed I can't see evicting them and so far they have been covering about 80% of their commitments.

Selfishly waiting for all the delinquent mortgages to stop being protected by foreclosure moratoriums. It sucks but I want to buy wholesale lol

Most of us are willing to work with people who are at least making an effort to keep their end of the deal. It's those who use any and all excuses to bail on their commitments who lose sympathy with us.
