OP is low information voter. The WI recount is now entering a second phase where illegal ballots found by the Trump team will now be challenged. Wisconsin requires written request for mail in ballots. The Trump team found well over 100k ballots with no written request on record rendering all those ballots invalid. Which means Trump wins Wisconsin

I just wanted to mention that recounting votes proves nothing.
You have to review the entire voting process, including security
measures that are designed to reduce fraud.
You have to audit the voting process to see if you can find fraud.
In CA, there seems to be plenty of security problems with
the mail in ballot system devised. I believe it was done on purpose.
Now, some CA legislator wants to make , mailing ballots to
all registered voters, permanent. BAD IDEA!
