"The order prohibits all public and private gatherings with individuals not in the same household, except for religious services and protests."
Religious services and protests are the same?
You fucking saps in LA, lol

I think the ladies may have a better idea, or may have received updates from the hotel managers.

I keep waiting for the general population to stand up and say - NO! No to anymore lock downs or idiotic mandates.
I'd think the lock down mandates, if taken to court, would be ruled unconstitutional - governors don't make laws, that's only the legislature, the gov can only veto or sign it. So mandates aren't laws and are essentially unenforceable.
Course because of all the fear porn being spewed by the main stream media, the general population is terrified at this point.

Well, one group of participants goes out and votes.
The other stays in and votes by mail while masked up.

@ sherkahn
so if you go to the cdc website, it says the survivability rate is over 99% for all age groups under 70, and 93% for those over 70 with other health issues.
even my doctor of over 30 years and my cousin who is a pharmacist both say, that the death rate from this is no different than the flu. do not get me wrong, I do feel for those who have been afflicted by this, and i also believe that the symptoms are no joke, but I'm no longer sure that this is strictly a medical issue and not corrupted by political shenanigans, and as far as Gavin Screwsome and that medical fraud psychologist Dr. babrbara ferare are concerned. I do not take advice of some one who can not lead by example or follow their own guidelines!! specifically in regard to that medical fraud psychologist Dr. babrbara ferare, to quote the late great Robin Williams "I wouldn't fuck her with a koala's dick!"

'Except it’s a real disease'
So. What's your point?
It's a virus that's not going away. It'll be here next year, it'll be here in 5 years and it'll be here in 20. Are you planning to shut down cities and the country again when it mutates and becomes immune to this variation of the vaccine?
Too, I believe there are going to be quite a few people that are going to refuse to take a vaccine that was rushed through and that no one can tell you what the side effects will be because it was rushed through without enough testing.
Are you going to force them to take it?
What if they're refusing on religious grounds, like Christian Scientists? Are you going to ignore their constitutional right of Freedom of Religion and force them to take it?
What your backing turns into an endless loop of stop and start.
Meanwhile the state has already lost $200 billion/year in revenue from small businesses that have gone out of business.
In a state that's already bankrupt I doubt it can afford to lose much more.
Then throw in the opposing research that says lock downs aren't effective because every time you end them there will be spikes.
It just becomes an endless cycle.

The mutation rate of SARS-CoV-2 is very low, and virologists and immunologists will have the luxury of time to come up with new vaccines that anticipate mutations (by focusing on multiple parts of the virus perhaps).
"Too, I believe there are going to be quite a few people that are going to refuse to take a vaccine that was rushed through and that no one can tell you what the side effects will be because it was rushed through without enough testing.
Are you going to force them to take it?"
Pfizer and Moderna have tested their vaccine on already tens of thousands of people and have compiled a lot of data suggesting the vaccines are safe. I think more people will be inclined to get a vaccine when they see the light at the end of the tunnel.
"Then throw in the opposing research that says lock downs aren't effective because every time you end them there will be spikes."
That is only likely to happen if you exit lockdowns too quickly, like much of America did after the first lockdown. If you open up slowly to observe the effect opening up has on cases before proceeding on to opening up more, chances are much less likely you will have spikes.
"It just becomes an endless cycle."
No, there is light at the end of the tunnel. Let's get through the winter. 90+% effectiveness of vaccines is good news. Worst case people still get sick but symptoms much milder.

“Live your life as normal peeps.”
Almost.
Live your life... but take reasonable precautions.
Wear a mask. Wash your hands, (you nasty fags). Social distance and stay away from Grandma.

In OC I've never been stopped or questioned. I just walk in like I belong and the front desk says hello or I say hello. Fortunately for most OC hotels I know where the elevators are.
I'm sure LA will be much different.

So if this virus is no different than a normal flu, why are leaders from around the world destroying the economies of the countries that they govern to stop it.
Why is Trump spending billions/trillions on vacines and taking credit for developing them. Although Pfizer released a statement that he had nothing to do with the research.
Go to Huntington Beach and stand with the flag waiving fools.
Lose someone close to you and then have an opinion.

I've had 5 family members and friends catch it. One is my elderly aunt who's somewhere between 95-105 years old, she doesn't have a birth certificate so that's are best guess. The others are in their early 50's to late 60's. All recovered within 8-10 days and none went to the hospital and are back doing what they do. They all said it was like a bad flu and were in bed for about 4-5 days before they were able to get up.
The only one that's not happy about recovering is my aunt who started her death chants awhile ago and is pissed she didn't die.

But Pfizer took the money for the doses to be provided to our citizens and that help guarantee money that they could devote to research, and Moderna and AstraZeneca both are part of Warp Speed.
But hey, why let facts get in the way of the fucking narrative......

I got 2 pm's over night from a level 4 telling me that I should find a new doctor and several reasons why based on my comment on this blog. I tried to be nice with his first pm and reiterated that I have had my doctor for over 30 years and was very happy with him. But when he sent a second pm telling me that if I wasn't going to drop my doctor then I needed to "set him straight". I finally told him that he "was out of line" and needed to either keep his opinions to himself, or post them on the blog, as he has not posted even one comment here!

^^ But when will you be back in Burbank

So if this virus is no different than a normal flu, why are leaders from around the world destroying the economies of the countries that they govern to stop it.
Because no one really knows and fully understands this virus and there are all kinds of conflicting opinions (of course our own Main Stream Media only shows one side and censors the other). Read information from doctors in Norway, Sweden, various other nations around the world. Read the Great Barrington Declaration.....lots of 'scientists' who don't agree with CNN..(signed by over 12,000 medical and public health scientists and over 36,000 medical practitioners).
Even our own Dr. Faucci has changed his opinion multiple times on aspects of the virus. The WHO has flipped flopped and so has the CDC.

Go to Huntington Beach and stand with the flag waiving fools.
Same difference as going with the BLM and Antifa folks and others 'peacefully' protesting around the nation, including most recently outside Garcetti's house.....guess there are lots of stupid people.
Oh, also, don't forget sitting with a dozen other people at the French Laundry with no social distancing, indoors and not wearing masks.

Lose someone close to you and then have an opinion.
Lose someone to a heart attack, cancer, vehicular accident, fall from elevation, drowning, suicide, substance overdose, shot by drive by shooter.....

Sorry that I said something about Don.
You can say anything you want about Don but make it factual instead of pulling the shit spewed by CNN.

My sister and 3 of her family members in Argentina git it , they recovered very well at the house , they are healthy people and they just got mild symptoms,
My uncle in Florida got it , he is 68 , he recovered fine at home , he is not a smoker
Everybody is different

Media Lies About Pfizer Partnership With Trump Administration’s Operation Warp Speed
NOVEMBER 9, 2020 By David Marcus
Monday morning’s news that Pfizer has shown a 90 percent effectiveness rate in its soon-to-be-available vaccine should have been a moment of national unity and joy. More than that, it should have been treated as an achievement by the Trump administration and its efforts through Operation Warp Speed to develop a vaccine. But no sooner had the news broken than outlets like the New York Times and Washington Post sought to make sure Trump got no credit for it.
The Times quoted Kathrin Jansen, the head of vaccine development at Pfizer as saying, “We have never taken money from the US government or from anyone,” and then went on to claim Pfizer was never a part of Operation Warp Speed. This is simply not true.
As NPR reported in July, the government reached a deal for nearly two billion dollars to help distribute the vaccine. Pfizer’s own press release in July announced that the U.S. government placed an initial order of 100 million doses for $1.95 billion. No money went specifically into the vaccine’s research and development, but Pfizer absolutely did take government money, and was forced to walk back Jansen’s statement.
In an update to their story, Newsweek provided this key clarification, “This page has been updated to clarify Jansen’s comments following further details from a Pfizer spokesperson. The spokesperson clarified that its vaccine is linked to Operation Warp Speed, though its research and development has not taken funding from the federal government. The headline was also updated for clarity.”
There are a few things here that are absolutely shameful. First is that so many news outlets thought the big news here was not that we were nearing a effective vaccine, but that Donald Trump must get no credit for it. But hey, that’s just par for the course right?
What is even worse is that a ten-second Google search would have shown that Pfizer was a part of Operation Warp Speed. Hell, even the Wikipedia page shows that Pfizer was a part of Operation Warp Speed. For all of its thousands of employees and giant building on 42nd street, the New York Times couldn’t find what I found while smoking a cigarette in my backyard by looking at my phone?
This is what the corporate news media does now. They lie, or at least fail to do anything resembling due diligence as long as what they are reporting hurts Donald Trump and then they clarify. That is not responsible journalism. There is no doubt that millions of people will continue to believe this lie that was corrected in under in less than two hours. As the old saying goes, lies travel the globe before the truth can get its pants on.
Make no mistake this vaccine and others, as well as therapeutics, are deeply tied to the president’s efforts on Operation Warp Speed. It doesn’t matter how much anybody hates Donald Trump, the truth is the truth.

11gentleman...
Now there you go actually presenting facts. Don't mess up their narrative with facts, data and the truth.....
|
|
But watch carefully as the Biden administration takes full credit for the vaccines when they start rolling them out after inauguration....
