Someone might take note that oftentimes, these are Republican pols or appointed judges that are telling Trump to pound sand....which makes it all the more effective.

The election may be over but the damage to the legitimacy of our system of government will persist in the minds of too many. Trump has laid bare a path to autocracy. He's clearly corrupt, abrasive and incompetent and was still able to get elected and nearly reelected by flagrant lies, empty promises and vailed racism. His willful ignorance may end up being responsible (not wholly but significantly) for 4-500,000 premature deaths. Could we really withstand this malign strategy from a smarter, more articulate populist?
I sure hope so....
