SCOTUS to hear case tomorrow. Pennsylvania dems are in meltdown
I think briefs will be presented tomorrow. I don’t know if they are going to hear the case or not yet.
Truth be told, it seems that mail in voting was unconstitutional in Pennsylvania. The problem is how do you throw out all of those votes from people who thought they were voting legally?
this election is done, but they need to fix the shit for the future
yep i hear tomorrow is the big day for this as deadline is next week to move it to the electors
50-50 at best that Alito agrees to escalate the case to the full court.
Very unlikely that the full court will hear the case, due to lack of time before the EC meets.
Even less likely that they will overturn the PA SC decision, as this is not a federal constitutional issue.
Virtually impossible that they would invalidate the election results even if they somehow side with Kelly. The only reasonable order would be to invalidate the law for the next election, as the horse has already left the barn for 2020. I'm sure there's a legal term for this, but I'm not a lawyer.
I still think that the Supremes will be glad to be rid of Trump. He was the useful idiot that got got Kavanaugh and Barrett on the court, but he is of no use to them now.

Safe harbor is not in the Constitution. December 14th is not in the Constitution. Until Congress convenes to certify electors in January, and decide any contest to electors, this deadline is inconsequential. You know who agrees? Democratic Supreme Court Justices Ginsburg & Breyer
TEXAS
The State of Texas is *SUING* the states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin & Georgia for their *unlawful elections* that violate the U.S. Constitution.
The lawsuit is being filed directly with the U.S. SUPREME COURT. God bless Texas.
AZ GOP case going to AZ SC which is 7/7 Republican. Wisconsin is a guarantee for Trump. Georgia is on verge of calling special session to appoint Trump electors since close to 60% of Georgia voters say the November 3rd election was rigged. Even Michigan is going good for Trump. Pennsylvania is a lock for Trump.
Also y'all should read the PA dems reply brief lol. They're basically saying "Yeah, there might be a real complaint here, but reject it, because that would be very bad to have courts enforce law and invalidate this." The liberals have gone full blown haywire. They certified false results. Panic level on 10k for libs
Ginsburg is no longer with us.
After that pathetic Pennsylvania defense its 100% certain the dems are fooked
And then there is this...
.
Doubt if even the conservative Trump court will take up speculative and possibly disenfranchising cases.
^^panic setting in
You’ve posted 42% of the responses so far... I don’t think you understand the meaning of the word “panic”. You definitely don’t understand the law.
^^another leftist going haywire
^^I keep thinking the liberals with their whole kum ba yah pollyanna bullshit are freaking idiots... but YOU fucknuts with your level of stupidity, insanity, and denial prove me wrong EVERY time.
State of PA’s case is nonsense. Their brief says the court needs to violate the constitution and they acknowledge they fucked up. If the Supreme Court takes this argument, the law ceases to have any meaning.
The Texas case was added to the SCOTUS docket today. Experts say that case is as solid as it gets
^Wrong as usual. Your desperation must be killing you.
"Officials from the four states - Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin - called the lawsuit a reckless attack on American democracy while legal experts gave it little chance to succeed. "
...
"Paul Smith, a professor and election law expert at Georgetown University's law school, said Texas did not have a legitimate basis for the suit.
"'There is no possible way that the state of Texas has standing to complain about how other states counted the votes and how they are about to cast their electoral votes,' Smith said."

You guys are fucking morons.
Dominion machines didn’t ‘flip’ votes in Ware County, Georgia
from the Associated Press
CLAIM: Forensic tests completed on Dominion Voting Systems equipment show that dozens of votes cast for President Donald Trump in Ware County, Georgia, were “switched” or “flipped” to count for Joe Biden, who has been declared the winner in the presidential election.
AP’S ASSESSMENT: False. A 37-vote difference between the results of an initial vote count and a hand recount in Ware County, Georgia, resulted from a human tabulation error that was quickly flagged and amended, according to Ware County Elections Supervisor Carlos Nelson. There is no evidence for claims that Dominion machines “switched” or “flipped” votes in the 2020 election. A forensic audit of Dominion voting machines used in the 2020 election in Georgia found “no sign of foul play,” according to the Georgia secretary of state’s office.

Three things that are certain:
-Dodgers won the Series in 2017
-Al Gore won the Presidential election in 2000
-Joe Biden won a landslide victory over DJT in 2020.
Now, the first two didn't turn out the way they should have because of cheaters. But, karma finally came around and we get the third, fair and square.
Now way the Dems are ever going to let the Republicans get away with voter suppression in the future. This is a freakin Democracy.
^Yeah, that's what I was referring to, which you would know iF YOU COULD ACTUALLY READ.
This is a Republic not a democracy.
^That's all you got?
I got facts. You got emotions
Hey PA970 - you are a freakin idiot. A republic is just a form of a democratic government. The founders wanted a democracy just not a direct democracy that CA has become via the referendum route.
Biden definitely won in a landslide and if anyone has a legitimate complaint it is the down ballot Dems that lost. Lot of voter suppression still goes on in red states.

The Supremes shut down this bogus case. Trump is toast.
US Supreme Court just rejected the Pa. petition. Texas one will likely get the same treatment as I doubt Texas has standing to represent other States or Trump. The charade is almost over
Wrong again. SCOTUS rejected the injunction request the Parnell case sought. The case is still active and pending. The Texas case is solid and several states have joined Texas. Libs will be screaming at the sky once again
Quat aka squatstopiss is a dumb motherfucker. We're a Constitutional Republic not a democracy. You were wrong on kilimnik as well. Pathetic!!
Nope.
You will.
Every time some failed attempt gives you a sad glimmer of hope.
😜
Looks like the Supremes bailed on Trump.
-Texas case has another injunction pending for PA.
*Before* Alito denied relief in Parnell, the court docketed TX for expedited review.
As some are babbling about: TX case involves "original jurisdiction"..court obliged to take it.
So, this far from over. Trump wins reelection
Suck ass, Republicans! The Supreme Court (including 3 of Trump's appointees) just rejected PA's lame attempt to overturn the election. What, you fuckers support coupes? You that sick? Get a life.
SUCKS TO BE YOU!
SCOTUS not just rejected the case... they did it unanimously and within minutes after the final briefs were filed. And included all Trump, Republican justices, etc.
The SCOTUS message wasn't just no--it was no FUCKIN way, issued within minutes and without any dissent.
Clearly sending a message--no court is to mess with an election or reject valid votes
The Kelly/Parnell case is still active and pending. The injunction request was denied. SonofAnus embarrasses himself once again
The results will be the same.
SCOTUS reflecting how sick and disgusted they are having to even consider this nonsense and almost immediately humbling the Trumptards with swift “no. More than just no, fuck no.”
Has haaa haa haaa-ha-haaaaaaa!
Read ‘em and weep, bitches.
“So much winning...”.
Losers.
Faggotguy63 is another illiterate. Case is still alive and pending.
-Inaugural Committee fails to pass resolution acknowledging Biden as president-elect. First time in US History a rejection of "winner" by official bipartisan committee.
-Very unlikely any inauguration takes place
PA970, you unrepentant retard, surprised you managed to write comments that were grammatically correct for once. Still delusional, though.
What the fuck is wrong with people like you who don't get it? TRUMP LOST. AND HE CONTINUES TO LOSE THE MORE HIS CRONIES TRY TO OVERTURN THE ELECTION.
He must be a glutton for punishment, being publicly embarrassed over 50 times with all the cases he's lost.
"The Kelly/Parnell case is still active and pending."
Wrong. If you actually read what SonOfAdams posted, it was the Kelly/Parnell case that was dismissed by a one-sentence denial, leaving the Pennsylvania Supreme Court decision intact.
Facts matter.
You're dumb as shit. It was not dismissed. Thats disinformation. Only the injunction request was denied. The PA case is still active and pending
Yep all sane and rational people see--
The election went smoothly and was fair. There is zero debate.
It wasn't close. Biden won in a landslide. Of the last 5 elections, this one was the least close. When a incumbent president is fired after 1 term, it is usually razor thin--not this time. Biden won as many electoral votes as Trump in 2016. Trump is least popular Pres in recent history--he's worse than Hillary. His loss was predicted and not surprising.
Republicans, as usual, tried to cheat by suppressing votes and attempting at every turn before, during, and after election, to throw out valid votes.
There was nothing fraudulent or irregular anywhere, less than other elections
Forensic analysis, stats, testimony from watchers, correlation down ballot all say nothing shady.
There is no need to "fix it for next time" Zero. Mail in ballots have been in use for decades and are valid. The Republicans tried to tamper with them by playing games with when states could count them, the pretending that made them not valid.
We also know--
T****45 is a cheater and has routinely held himself above the law
He routinely cheats, bullies, and uses frivolous lawsuits as a business strategy
He has along history of losing, biz failures, scams, bankruptcies, tax evasion, and criminal behavior.
He needed to win to avoid debts and dealing with criminal charges and civil lawsuits paused while he is in office. He was desperate.
SCOTUS didn't deny the "challenge". They denied the plaintiff's emergency injunction request.
The case is alive and pending. It'll likely be merged.
Ordinarily, I would say that Crane and PA are just trolling for the lulz.
However, I've learned not to underestimate the stupidity of Trump supporters.
Biden "won" 4 states (AZ, GA, WI, NV) by less than 77k votes. Biden had to cheat to barely win
MAGA COUNTRY
You guys need to hurry and donate your next session money for your lord Trumps pittance account.
