Late night/ post sex snack.
I’ve moved from comfort food to fresh fruits but still I have that hunger for peaches, apricots, plums, etc.
Really kills my recovery time.

Making the bed - read 12 rules for life...stop being a slob
Stretching for at least 5 min after waking up - stretch after you exercise...but if you are too lazy to make your bed you probably don't exercise
Procrastination - write down what you want to get done the night before
Calling my best friend more often - he's a fag

Bad habits that I’m challenging myself to break are:
*Falling asleep in the hot springs (it’s only bad now, that a ton of people know about ours and show up in the morning to find me butt ass naked 😌 sleeping).
*Walking all the way the entrance of a building only to realize that I forgot my face diaper and having to return to my car to retrieve it.
*Ignoring people that talk to me while I’m playing music, while directly looking at their face (I know this sounds weird ... but I think what I’m doing is looking through them... but they don’t know the difference and usually take offense).
That’s it... everything else I’ve accepted that there’s no use in trying to change 😝
