You can sue individuals, whether part of an organization or not.
And it is publicized that there are 3 founders of the organization, one of them a instructor at Los Angeles University. So, those 3 can be sued and their money trail from their non-profit.
It's that same person that came out yesterday and said black people's vote should count 2x. Name escapes me.

There is precedent in past cases where "organizations" got sued and cleaned out because of individual actions.
Case - W.A.R. (White Aryan Resistance) was an organization by Tom Metzger that got sued in California from a murder that happened to a Ethiopian immigrant in Portland by 2 white nationalist. It was found that these 2 people were fans/followers of Tom Metzger's WAR organization.
The case ensued and the judge awarded millions of dollars to the family of the immigrant and Metzger's group had to file for bankruptcy. Metzger's defense was he, nor his organization had nothing to do with these 2 nationalist/racist/supremacists, but because they cited their influence to Metzger WAR, he lost the case.
So, yes it is possible (how probable, who knows) that people acting on their own who cite BLM as their conduit, could in fact get BLM in civil liability issues.

Prove that it was BLM who threw that brick, lit that fire, shot that gun, lit those fireworks, threw that water bottle of frozen piss! Prove it!!!
Defense: It was probably a convicted felon that you liberal twats let out of prison because of COVID that did it! They came out to steal and main while us BLM people were just peacefully protesting (and hitting up the local stores for a little reparations!).

Given how maliciously fucked black people have been treated in this country from the time of slavery I'm surprised they haven't burned down entire cities. If white people got a taste of the shit discrimination/violence blacks have had to live with you would then understand. Would you really want to walk in their shoes? Get educated to this country's history. Without looking it up I bet not one person on this site has a clue what the "sundowner" laws were. Or the New Orleans or Tulsa massacres. Or the very real history of discrimination toward black people throughout the last 200 years. Peace will only come with justice and equality. You want a civil war? Oh really? You have no idea what it would be like.

BLM is an objective movement of thousands if not millions of people in response to discrimination , political and economic inequality . Such a movement , whatever you name it , or whether you sue it, physically attack, etc it is not going go away.
The key to black or minority equality is whether decent people of all races stand shoulder to shoulder with them . If so, the future is ours
