I don't think you can prove Trump tried to get the Secretary of State to throw out ballots etc... But he's calling the guy for an hour telling him there is all this fraud (which there is no hard evidence of). He clearly was putting pressure on the Secretary of State to find fraud, which, if it doesn't exist, find it anyway...
Trump is too clever to say the last bit, but the call was clearly intimidating and aggressive and trying to get the Secretary of State to find fraud.

Good news is that prosecutors on state and federal levels say the case is a slam dunk. Trump will not be able to pardon himself.
• Georgia state law includes two provisions that criminalize “solicitation of election fraud” and “conspiracy to commit election fraud.”
In an interview with Politico, Georgia State University law professor Anthony Michael Kreis also said that the “Georgia code says that anybody who solicits, requests or commands or otherwise attempts to encourage somebody to commit election fraud is guilty of solicitation of election fraud.”
Bad news is that it will take time once the shackles go on to keep him in jail.
Best news is that the GOP is it’s own worst enemy as internal conflicts are erupting over this, and Georgia voter turnout has been damaged.

We should get used to this process and learn to ignore the frivolous and pay attention to the issues that actually have merit.
We have never had an election like this. The pandemic forced us to change traditional rules. Those things SHOULD be challenged to death... so that we come out with a system that is as close to trustworthy as we can get.

Georgia’s Secretary of State just straight up refuses to give access to data to the GOP lawyers or the Trump team while claiming their publicly available data is wrong and that Trump lost.
That sounds a lot like corruption and lying to cover ineptitude.
It shouldn’t be this hard to be transparent with the data. There is literally no reason to keep this stuff hidden. Furthermore, there’s nothing stopping them from signing confidentiality agreements
Trump wasn’t begging for votes or calling on the Georgia Secretary of State to give him free votes or rig the election. That was a lie, framed by the WaPo.
Trump believes he won by 100s of thousands of votes and that he only expects them to investigate the bare minimum to win.
Listen to the entire phone call. Raffensperger and Germany are a pair of losers who sound like they’re covering up for their own mistakes and feigning ignorance at things like the Consent Decree.

Listen to the whole thing - predictably, in context, the Trump quote about needing to "find" 11,776 votes isn't a sinister plea to invent votes, as insinuated. He's saying he can win the state just by disallowing the 18000+ Biden votes he claims were run through 3 times and that the other irregularities (unknown addresses, absentee signatures, etc) would just be icing on the cake. Also of interest, he asks if the SoS and his lawyer checked into whether or not those votes rerun through the machine on the video were all for Biden. They did not. Towards the end, after being told the SoS lawyer and his team would be happy to sit down with Trump lawyers to show them their refutations of Trump's issues, Trump's lawyers ask if they'll be given access to the actual data, not just the SoS's responses. The SoS team balks says there is data and information available to them that they can't share. Start at 49:46 and listen to the end. Then watch the news tonight and tell me if you hear one word that has anything to do with what transpires between 49:46 and the end of the tape.
