Most righties I know are small business owners
Some have incorporated (full disclosure, I have both S corps and LLC's)
Many have not
Most lefties I know work in Corp settings but also non-profit like government or educational
Granted this is anecdotal
But a tell tale giveaway is this
Most Republican fund raising is in smaller donations from a larger group of donors, typically average individuals
Most Democrat fund raising is larger donations from a smaller group of rich donors
That is not anecdotal

First, government should not be picking winners
By definition, when government gives to someone
They must take from someone else
Second, the larger the government footprint in the private sector
The more "rent seekers", lobbyists, and other unsavory types have an incentive to pull strings
Hence, Newsome is having $15,000 bar tabs with his buddy, the lobbyist, during a lockdown pandemic. There's just too much at stake to not try and tip the level playing field in your direction.

Parler has some shady people behind it. Somebody on another forum that I go to dug up the dirt on them. Let me quote the relevant part here:

I have deleted two Twitter accounts and an Instagram account today.
I'm not supporting the censorship of political speech in this country by any entity -- public or private, or any entity with 230 protections that really is a publisher.
As soon as I figure out how to stay in touch with 50 years of friends and family all around the globe, my Facebook account will be history as well!

Most businesses that are open to the public have severe legal restrictions on who they can refuse service to and why?

Come on, Stump. You can make a better argument than that. This one is too easy to pick apart.
Google, Apple and Amazon aren't refusing service to people based on the color of their skin, or their religion or their political affiliation. Millions of Republicans and Democrats and Independents and non-politically aligned people are allowed to use their platforms every day. They are simply refusing to allow their platforms to be used to plan and foment violence.
If I'm screaming mad and carrying Molotov cocktails, any doctor's office, accountant's firm or Walmart (or who the fuck else) has every right to refuse service to me. If I'm sitting at a table in a restaurant pitching a fit and yelling about my plans to kill the Vice President, that Restaurant can kick me out. And they probably should call the police because I'm out of control and a danger to myself and others.
If I believed a bunch of lies about how my doctor is a pedophile, worships satan and programmed the voting machines at my polling place to switch our votes and I enter the lobby at his office and start screaming about how he deserves to die and my plans to kill him based on crazy stuff that just isn't true at all, they're going to ask me to leave. And if I refuse, they're going to call the police.
If the election had actually been stolen and people were planning a massive rally to protest in Washington, DC, no one's Twitter account is getting shut down. But if I'm circulating complete fabrications, misinformation and outright lies designed to get people really, really fighting mad, and I'm planning an insurrection, talking about the best targets for pipe bombs and shit, then yeah, a private company not only has the right to kick me off their platform, but probably needs to in order to protect themselves from legal exposure.
