The C.D.C. director said on Tuesday that as many as 25 percent of people infected with the coronavirus may not show symptoms. Meaning ANYONE you come in intimate contact with could potentally be a carriers of the virus and not even know it.
They could be asymptomatic not showing any visible symptoms. Which means that girl you see or that guy that came to see you might have just infected you without even knowing it.

In the United States, close to 2,750,000 people die every year. (about 7,500 each day)
They die from heart disease, cancer, flu, accidents, you name it. 200,000 deaths from Covid-19 sounds like a lot, but in reality it isn't. Far more people die daily from heart issues or cancer, and they don't sensationalize that like they are this.
I get it that they are concerned about the hospitals ability to deal with this, but I don't understand why they didn't just have people over 65 and people with medical issues shelter in place and let the rest work and keep the economy going. If the elderly and medically compromised sheltered in place, I think the hospitals could have dealt with those that get sick and need hospitalization.

Also, I'm not that concerned with getting the Covid19 cuz I'm not that old and I don't care if I experience a couple of weeks of intense pain and inability to breathe and maybe some permanent lung damage since I smoke and my lungs were gonna get mauled by my smoking anyway.
