well said Kandy Kat, this Covid is hitting everyone hard and the ladies like everyone else has to make a living. They cant apply for financial aid, but bilsl have to be paid. its a risk for sure but survival is the a'key" word.It's unfair to criticize and demean them in this crisis.Not white knighting but if you dont want to see anyone it's your choice but don't demean oo criticize anyone for trying to make a living. I imagine it's tough enough as it is, Just my .02 cents

Thank you sweetheart it was never condone before all this bullying and attacking and it shouldn’t be condoned now I am absolutely 100% with what you said if you don’t like it don’t see girls. But just as a grocery store workers and fast food chains and gas stations electricity water and trash they all have their jobs still and have to attend to them even though some don’t have to be open such as Starbucks and luxury places that you can go in and interact with over 100 people.

I haven’t seen any blogs bashing ladies because they have to work. I think we understand that everyone has to make a living and we all don’t know each other’s circumstances which would justify working under these current conditions.
If blogs get you upset , just don’t read the blogs. Do what you need to do to survive because the only one who you answer to is you. Just be as safe as you can doing whatever the hell you decide to do.

These are difficult times. People suffer and individual acts of heroism and sacrifice are required. Millions are doing just that.
But unfortunately a few are rationalizing that their personal needs are more important--these are the people who lead authorities to impose more restrictive measures.
Because they can kill people with their ignorance.
If people are angry and shouting at you, trying to stop you--GOOD. Listen. It will get louder and more intense.
Please stop posting false information and your own uninformed opinions--this is dangerous and irresponsible.
Human rationalization of evil actions is pretty much unlimited.
And stop posting irrelevant numbers you dream up about how low the infection rate is, or how many people the flu kills and how all the people who have looked at the numbers are wrong because--gasp--you feel entitled to see it differently.
Many don't get the science. Or the math. That's okay--it is hard and people who do this have PhD's and decades of experience. Let them do the numbers and report the results.
What are the results? Models say 100,000 Americans may die from this. That is IF people are responsible and practice social distancing and staying at home.
That is the GOOD case. And that does not include people who will suffer, spend time in hospital, have damaged lungs...
Models also say if people DO NOT act responsibly, that number may more than double--could be 240,000 or even more.
Let me REPEAT that-- ignoring social distancing and virus containment could kill over 100,000 Americans.
In wartime, that would be high treason to act to expose hundreds of thousands of your countrymen to suffering and death. And in some ways this is war.
So yes seeing people is irresponsible, selfish. Not selfish in the "annoying cute brat" way. Selfish in the people will die way.
Now let's think through this--not from an individual point of view, looking at the big picture. How we make the fatalities as low as possible.
The WORST case person is someone who:
a. ignores the no meeting people rule repeatedly--meets many different people every day
b. has intimate contact, ignores the 6 foot separation, even exchanges saliva
c. Is in enclosed spaces with multiple people in the 2 week time when there may be zero symptoms for either one
d. travels around to multiple places, hotel rooms, goes to stores and eateries in many cities
And as fewer and fewer people meet other people, those who do become even more infection hotspots.
and perhaps worst of all, a person who ignores the guidelines (now law), is so irresponsible and reckless to put their personal agenda ahead of public safety and good judgement.
Or to be blunt, it is not about you or keeping you safe, or even alive--that is not the question.
Saying you are free to risk your life or get yourself sick misses the point--the point is the guidelines are to save those 100,000 - 150,000 fellow citizens.

Yes, people can do what they want and yes a very minor portion of the population is infected, however, that number is going to continue to escalate. The numbers you see are only the ones that have been tested, so 10 times the numbers you are seeing are probably infected right now. I'm not going to judge people for doing what they need to do, but I can tell you, I will not be one to contribute to the escalating problem. If I help spread the virus, I feel I would be contributing to people's deaths, directly or indirectly and I could not live with that. I don't care if someone is on their death bed, I could not live with knowing that I caused unnecessary pain for others. I subscribe to some other social sites and some of other feeds that are dedicated to those that are fighting this battle right now. It's a lot scarier than you think. If people out there are not going to adhere to recommendations set forth by the state, we are not going to see an end for quite awhile. Not judging, but look at where this started and where it is at now. It's not something that is just going away when flu season is over. Stay safe everyone, and please think about others in your decision making.
