I was just about to post on this, as I heard happen on the Zoom business meeting in the background.
Holy. shit.
These loons will cost lives.
Normally I hold back on stuff like this, but the guy needs the dirt nap.
He is risking the lives of many over his delusions.
And where is crane_op?
|
|
LOL he is just a hair dumber than anyone who blames the behavior of a lunatic on anything other than the person is a lunatic.
|
|
I speak several languages but have no clue what you were trying to say.
|
|
Will he keep his job?
How strong is his union?
|
|
It's a sad fact that most conspiracy theorists have already reproduced.
|

Ya can't make this kinda crazy up...

Sherkan,
If it was my comment you didn’t understand....
Only a really dumb person thinks a blog or internet conspiracy is the reason a crazy person does something crazy.
There are 100 reasons that sick twist could have made that choice... but the biggest reason is.... They are CRAZY.
Not to mention there is truth behind many conspiracy theories... so to dismiss all conspiracies... is as irrational as believing all conspiracies.
Conspiracy theories are like a Starbucks for pretentious assholes. Starbucks isn’t the reason people are pretentious. It isn’t the reason they are assholes. It’s not Starbucks fault. It just is a place pretentious assholes like to go.

Kaiser - that’s being naive. For example, if it wasn’t for the pizzagate conspiracy, a person would not have gone to that pizza shop in NYC looking to shoot up the place. Would he have done something else crazy? Maybe, maybe not. But crazy people are inspired to carry out specific acts on specific targets because of conspiracy theories.
|
|
^ Not to mention, many conspiracy theory promoters are motivated by profit, e.g. Alex Jones, websites, etc.
It should be criminal to push such unsupported crackpot theories.
If I recall, the Supreme Court has ruled repeatedly that the 1st Amendment does not protect speech that incites violence.
|
|
Unfortunately, no matter how ridiculous a story/theory is, if it's repeated over and over enough, there are people who will start believing it.
And not just the tinfoil hat crowd either. During stressful times people are on edge and a little nudge is all they need to set them off.

ok let me get this straight a freight train tries to ram into a boat ? Can someone explains this to me
|
|
Son of Sam killed many people why? Hid neighbors barking dog told him to.
Crazy people can be pushed over the edge by someone elses speech yes, but they could just as easily be watching the Wizard of Oz; think that the world is being taken over by flying monkeys and start mass murdering everyone they see, because they are obviously flying monkeys in disguise.
Anyone trying to assign tragedy at the feet of someone who unintentionally mentioned something that triggered the abhorrent behavior of another is practicing the same behavior they are decrying.
People try to make sense out of things that make no sense. Much like most posts on humaniplex.

Charlie Manson was inspired by the Beatles White album

Some people who are not centered hear voices in strange places

The engineer f up and his excuse is bullshit.

A healthy skepticism is of course a beneficial thing.
Unreasoned denial of facts and evidence is a very different thing.

For instance,
I'm kinda surprised no one has posted this on here yet.
I'm almost reluctant to provide the link, because someone here is likely to take it literally.

Apologies if the embedded video doesn't work. Link below.

How many people fell for, and are still falling for Russian propaganda. These things do affect behavior.
|

@ph about that link....Wow!!!

The scariest thing are the comments
|
|
I hadn't actually watched that video until just now. Wow doesn't even begin to describe the idiocy.
Yet, there are probably millions of people that truly believe the miniscule amount of radiation put out by cell towers is making them sick.
Also funny how a lot of these 5G opponents also happen to be anti-vax, 9-11 truthers, and flat-earth believers.
Must be the chemtrails that made them believe this shit. /s

Truly nutty BSC stuff. I wonder if he thinks that the black plague was triggered by a meteor sticking the earth. Would be interesting to hear his comments as on that. We could probably have him legally committed after that.
