If you don't have insurance and if your a California resident apply for medi-cal asap. You can also go to urgent care they might be able to prescribe something for you for now. You should make sure you get treatment for the silicon in your system asap. I sort of remember you posting about a ruptured boob like a year ago?? Thats along time to have that silicon flowing in your body. You might need the ruptured boob taken out real soon. This is a bad time to go to the ER but if you're not feeling well GO!

I know all the hospitals are overwhelmed right now, but at the moment the best place for you to maybe try is County USC Medical. I've been to their ER before and sometimes you have to wait the entire day just to be seen, but your condition sounds pretty serious and they might be the best equipped to handle what you're suffering from. Also, they will let you apply for MediCal on site, but will still treat you first. Take care of this sooner rather than later. Don't let this condition get any worse.

It was never your chest that had attracted me, but your appearance of physical strength. Although I've seen enhanced women, I'm more attracted to more natural women. Unfortunately there is no plastic surgeon around that takes Medi-cal for the reconstructive portion of the operation. You could go to USC to have the implants removed but even for that, you really want a plastic surgeon that specializes in explants. Removing the implants is easy, but that won’t cure you of BII. For that you need the capsule surrounding the implants removed as well and for that you are going to need a plastic surgeon. Your options are removal only, removal and fat transfer, or removal and replacement with saline implants. You’re looking at about $10K if you want someone reputable to do this. $3-5K will get you a no name hack job which is a roll of the dice. If you had liquid silicone implants that ruptured, you need them out ASAP. I would forget about the reconstructive part and just have them removed.

Yes but Medi-cal would pay for the removal of the implant which is leaking silicone into her system. It would also pay for medicine to treat it and a primary care doctor for her to follow up with.

You might want to try contacting UCLA medical center. They have reconstructive surgeons on staff, most of them also teach at the medical school. I pretty sure they do have financing or work with people's ability to pay.
Contact them and tell them what issue's your having. And please do it as soon as possible.

Implant are covered under warranty- some brands offer lifetime replacement for ruptured implants and/or up to $5k to cover fees and cost of the ruptured implant.
If you google the brand and type of implants you received you should be able to find info related to warranty.

I’m unfortunately suffering from BLL too and have been quoted by my surgeon but I’m still waiting on the breast MRI so my surgeon has a full understanding of what’s really going on in my breast and go determine if the breast will need to be “capped” as well. Hopefully she got her implants out and is pain free and no suffering anymore. I definitely feel her pain
