Oh man, that sucks. Such a great name for a character.
cut-&-paste from the link so people dont assume this is related to COVID-19
"Blackman, who became a household name in the 1960s as Cathy Gale in The Avengers and had a career spanning eight decades, died of natural causes unrelated to coronavirus."

She had a friend named Snatchbox Deluxe, very cool chick

Hey, we still have octopussy Maud Adams
Amazing you could use that name in the 60's
wonder if she took some nudes pics that will come out in the future?

And Solitaire......Jane Seymour!

Try using those names today. You would be called, (fill in the blank)

The great scene from that movie is the nonchalant reaction by James Bond (Sean Connery for the young folk, the original); Honor comes walking out of the ocean toward Bond, and when he sees her, says .... "Pussy!"
That was the age of cinema where such a direct and unexpected usage of the word made viewers jump in their movie seat and audibly laugh, chuckle or gasp.

Just to add to SandyDonald, Louis Jordan has a wonderful way of dragging out the syllables of Octopussy in the scene where Maud Adams is holding a gun to him. In previous scenes he rushed out the name Octopussy. In that one you could hear him distinguish: Oc To Pussy.

“She was a beloved mother and grandmother”
I just don’t think I could handle people knowing my Nana as “Pussy Galore.”
