I run a small business and there are a bunch of regulations and restrictions that govern how I can spend any CARES Act money I borrow. Congress included language in the bill regarding oversight and reporting on the money ($500 billion) that large businesses would get, but Trump effectively removed all oversight and reporting in his signing statement.
If you think giving $500 billion to big businesses without any oversight or restrictions you’re a fucking idiot.

Theres plenty of evidence Trump took the virus serious at the time. He took action at the objection of WHO and others who called him a racist.
The proper context for the term "hoax" is associated with COVID-19 being the new topic that mass media and Democrats would be needling him on a daily basis.
