Biden remains as the only Democratic candidate so he ll be formally accepted as the Presidential candidate for Democratic Party.
Biden will pick a VP candidate to run with him. What if after the Democratic Primary is done, but before the Presidential election against Trump, something happens to Biden that forces him to drop out?
Will Biden’s choice for VP now become the Democrat Party Presidential candidate, will Sanders w the second highest state by state Democrat Party delegate count become the new Pres Candidate, will Trump win by default, or will Democrat Party get to hand pick its own replacement for Biden if he drops out midstream?

I honestly don't get you guys blindly allegiance to Trump.
If he hadn't ignored the threat the US would have been better prepared.
Stock piles would have been better filled in advance. A complete travel bans to China and Europe early and other measures put in place. You heard what he said early in the situation "We have one case that will go quick to no cases". He has access to information we don't have and he just ignored it.
