This is a hard question to answer.
Trump will want to lifted it sooner than later and will try to get it lifted partly when the national death rates go below 60 per day. I think it will be lifted on a by state basis and the states will ultimately make that decision. I don't think it will all be lifted on one day. This shit will change our way of life for sometime.
Also another spike could happen again and we could go back to it.
Things will be up in the air until testing is accessible everywhere and a working vaccine is readily available.

It will be lifted end of June/beginning of July. At that time, there will be another spike in deaths and social distancing will come back. Life as we knew it will not begin to return to something close to normal until early next year.

There are so many different facets to this, ins and outs and what have you. Stay at home, vs wear a bandana out, vs parks and beaches re-opening, restaurants and retail vs bars and gyms, office workers. I think the economy starts re-opening no later than June 1. Certain things like bars and clubs that are strictly social will likely remain closed. Basic retail may open with same social distancing crowd control groceries are using. Tradesmen will go back to work but we will all be reminded of risks, best practices and be asked to be thoughtful and careful. Any spike in infections or deaths will likely result in losing those freedoms.
But i do not think international travel resumes this year. Not until the vast majority of the world works their issues out. I imagine either way, international travel will be more challenging and less fun for quite some time
