I literally just did a workout that my mini got for homework, let me tell you. That shit kicked my ass!
I even hurt myself😩 but I got it in. Lol

Since the gym closed I busted out beachbody insanity again and lost 5 lbs. probably would’ve lost more if my diet were consistent. Thank God for adjustable dumbbells

In the afternoon I go to a local mall that has a parking structure. I have a course I go through on 12 minute intervals.
Start with a lap around the top, then down 6 floors to bottom, medium pace up @ 2 steps per stride (hammies & gluts).
Back at the top its to the yoga mat fo 10 pushups, 10 iron cross (touch toes), 10 kick-throughs from plank position, 10 opposite hand to foots from upward plank... then 50 jump rope.
About 1:15 rest & water before the next interval. I'm up to 4~5 intervals now. It's a butt kicker

^i was recently at a hotel parking structure and the elevator was brokem so i had to push my 4 wheel suitcase up the level ramps of the parking lot.
i was winded. and pathethic after 2.5 levels
(they had a level 1.5 and 2.5)
lol
i thought ok this he a good work out near home.
though typically i think the air quality in most parking structures are gunky when full of cars.
but empty might hold a chance!
i thought bout going to my school but its closed. and hate to get ran off by the campus police.

as i kick off reviving my wellness plan at home
i started the day out by making breakfest.
purple potatoe coins - with cherry tomatoe, jalepeno, and tumeric
hot sauasage coins -
and
Kale egg whites with cilantro, green onion and parm.
oh of course coffee (irish crram flavor)
my goal today is to have 3 complete meals
no snacking!!
or 1 big meal

I hit the trails near me for an hour. Crunches, pushups and stretch. Gaining weight in spite of that since I do more sitting at a desk more.

jerking it once a day to get my hrt rate over a hundred BPM...seems to keep me in great shape

Three mile walk at least five mornings a week, usually about an hour, followed by twenty pushups and situps.

Walking or biking everyday (did miss one day because of rain) for 4 weeks now. Daily push ups and sit ups too.
Although eating much more than I normally do.

I've been using the same exercise bench, dumbbells, & bars since college.
I exercise four times a week. Leg day is every day.
Being stuck at home, I get more bed rest, but it's tough to enjoy sleep during these terrible times.
My food intake is very basic. I drink about 5 gallons of water per week.
I'm happy with the results, and great health.

.................thank you. I'm on the mountain bike daily, believe it or not, rain or shine. Yesterday I got it
in just before the heavy downpour. I ride a block, dismount, do 15 pushups, 10 pull-ups from the
Don't Walk sign, back on the bike, repeat. I put in about 5 miles, then back to the house and I dial
up a solid dose of David Goggins on YouTube. Accomplished Navy SEAL, ARMY Ranger. Dial up any
of his workouts, hang on for dear life and you'll see results!

@Gina. With all due respect, my network is what it is, no complaints, and always has been. 2 Level 5's
current Level 3. You may have been exposed to some nonsense written in some cowardly blogs of old,
who knows. I've attempted contact with you and the BLOCK is on display. This after we had plans to
uhhhh.....have a sit down, so to speak. Either way I've never had a beef with you, and still do not.
And yes, I'll save those interested parties obsessed with my network background. Yes, I have had 3
handles since 2009. I'll save 'em the trouble; Ch1pshot, '09 to '13. Duc999, '14-'17. Currently
91BLUE850, '18-present. If the dates are off, I'm absolutely certain site detectives will correct me. Why
so many they ask? Civie connections fall in the gaps, and I decided, which I think is an accepted HX
right, to create new handles. Why those particular handle names they ask? I'ma golfer, and we hit
chip shots. Ducati 999 is my motorcycle. And finally, I owned a 1991 Blue BMW 850. In my humble
opinion I think 3 handles over 11 years is rather conservative compared to some that have had 3
handles over the course of 3 months. Hopefully Gina, this unimportant information will calm your
concerns regarding the blockage. Once again, thanks for allowing me to contribute.

I JUST ran with my high altitude face mask it was like I was breathing at 4000 ft elevation
It was hard n scary. I thought I couldn't breath cause I couldn't breath deep I got the hand of it
There is 4 levels I will work on this first level for a while.
It has a antipolution filter I look like Darth Vader
If the virus can get to me with the mask on then I might as well get it. If it's that easy but still avoiding it. Not going to the store for a long time ...btw

I'm doing in chance I get sick ever in my life I will have strong support lungs.

I think the reason why obesity is a issue in the virus sickness is cause body fat pushes on all the organs . .
