CJ, I've only used Airbnb as a renter but haven't hosted (I have lots of feedback as a renter). I found several good articles on Airbnb hosting in Medium below. 2nd link seems full of tips. Good luck!

There are so many ways to get creative. Even now people still need a home stay, even if it's for quarantine.
Depending which county, u will have different rules.
1. Look for a spot close to a public attraction, convention centers, beaches or amusement parks.
2. Seek a complex that has 50% occupancy. They will need you the most.
3. HAVE a website and make it look professional as can be.
4. Prepare a script for the landlord. If you are going to house corporate individuals like folks in the medical field, they will be open.
5. Air BnB should be only one of the few platforms to advertise on.
Are u looking to arbitrage? You may be able to get paid upon production. Negotiate!
