People invest in bio-medical companies all the time. Those companies have all kinds of research going on at various stages of development and new ideas come in often.
You cant "wait" for FDA approval before investing in something because that's too late. You missed the opportunity. It's like saying "we'll invest in NASA after they land on the moon.... " 🤔
