There is some evidence that Vitamin D enhances the immune system. We get Vitamin D from our skin absorbing sunshine. Beach going and for that matter, nude beach going should be highly encouraged.

Hey Guys...
I dont know if you follow the news, but in general States have relaxed a little and are opening up the beaches to swimmers, srfers, runners, walkers, and cyclist.
They forbid sunbathing.
I was just stating the simple fact of if someone was to go surf and get out of the water, and sit on their board isnt that sun bathing?
I understand what they dont want, they dont want people pulling up with a ez up, a tent, a bucket, and staying on the beach.
They want you to keep "moving" it sounds like.

Florida and South Carolina then perhaps Georgia opening beaches is not California.
I believe though it is City by City and not State wide here.
Los Angeles is in no hurry to get back to normal, either we dodged a bullet or the fact that we all love our cars and trucks so much saved us the worst of it so far.
