That is an amazing idea......this guy is an entrepreneur.....figured out how to work 'within the system' of what businesses are 'essential' and what are not. Sometimes our elected officials make no sense what is essential.
But they also do not give businessmen enough credit. They are practicing social distancing and not exposing anyone....no harm, no foul....

And people are having fun, joy returns to the world, and money gets spread around for the economy.
And best yet, local vendors contributed and got free advertising (and good will) as a result,
