On February 13, 2018, Michael Flynn resigned his National Security Advisor Post for misleading the Vice-President on his meetings with Russian Agents.
On December 1, 2017, Michael Flynn pleads guilty of lying to federal investigators about his contacts to russian agents. In his guilty plea, he clearly states that "I make this statement knowingly and voluntarily, and because I am, in fact, guilty of the crime charged." On December 8 2018, Flynn has met with Mueller investigators almost 20 times and had provided cooperative information. This is according to the Mueller sentencing Memo:

Then January 2020, Flynn changes lawyers to Sydney Powell, the Justice department hires an outside firm and doesn't disclose who they are.
Today, William Barr withdraws the Justice department from further actions against Michael Flynn.
The basis for this is a memo that cites malfeasance and entrapment of Michael Flynn by the lead prosecutor, Brandon Von Grack.
I cannot find this document and indeed, it is sealed.
So......seems legit!
ACTUALLY, If indeed the prosecutors actions were illegal, then I would like that made CLEAR in a public document. That shit shouldn't fly regardless of the political affiliation of the person doing it.
However, today, that is definitively not the case.

If Trump loses the election the next attorney general will have the opportunity to go back a look at all the side investigations and other acts of fagotry William Barr has been doing with this case and the cases under investigation against Trump in the southern district of New York.

And the determination wasn't Barr anyway, U.S. attorney Jeff Jensen was the one who was evaluating the Flynn case and he was the one who said 'bullshit'. Barr just agreed with him.

Now he is trying to take back his guilty plea. When he decided to plead guilty and work with the prosecutor's they decided to not prosecute him for other things they had on him.
