The hair salon “outlaw” shops are popping up here and there like the old warehouse raves of my youth, and the moonshine speakeasy’s of prohibition.
I’ve gone supply shopping and have seen the police shine lights and knock on the glass of hair salons and spas.

The barberhood in Laguna Hills is operating openly and very cleanly. They open at 9:30 on weekdays and book for the day immediately. So get there at 9:20 to put your name in. Lots of chop shops open throughout the county, look for tents in strip malls. That should clue you in.
