Classic restaurants and bars with great real estate and name value.
Already there is a set of places in North Carolina and Hawaii with priceless heritage and location, and they will be available at bargain prices as the management was not able to successfully adapt for Covid.

I saw a restaurant reopen with shower curtains around the tables.
I dont need to eat out that badly.

Nearly all asset classes are overvalued right now IMHO. Especially stocks. Bonds can’t go anywhere with interest rates near record lows. P/E will be astounding in Q3. With slow growth, pressure on stock buy backs and higher taxes on the horizon I’m thinking Japan after the 90’s. Crash then very long slow recovery.
There will be bargains in the aftermath of the pandemic but I’m not seeing them right now. Follow What the oracle of Omaha Is doing i.e. sit on a ton of cash.
Nick.
