Furthermore, her former husband's court declaration in 1996 made under penalty of perjury is generally called adequate contemporaneous documentation, which carries much greater weight as there was not the pressure of the MeToo movement or the MSM manipulations of today. The outrage is that they have been silent on this topic whereas Kavanaugh was on full blast from the time his name was announced.
