"TB kills 1.5 million people per year worldwide — more than any other infectious disease.”

Sherkhan, you do realize when one crosses are borders illegally they have know health screening WHATSOEVER.
For your concern over tuberculosis I can tell you that American Servicemen are regularly innoculized forrrrrrrrrrr wait for it ...... Tuberculosis. Id say the danger of it spreading through the fleet is minimal. That is unless it has somehow mutated or came from a a strain previously unknown by the CDC. See first paragraph.

I love the fools who think one pandemic is the same as another pandemic is the same.
It’s like saying the 1980 Lakers team is the same as the 2010 Lakers.
Or that World War One and World War Two are the same.
No, they the fuck are not. The conflicts happened across different nations and involved a lot of guns.
The manner of dispensing death and devastation increased.

just seems like whether it's the cheap drug that has been around for 70 years or something else...people can't wait to share the so-called negative news - so it will be on trump's watch.
rooting for the failure of drugs to save lives, rooting for the economy to be bad, rooting for that ship to succumb to sickness

Help me understand how THIS issue validates the captain’s decision?

Gloom guy has no point, no special inside information.
Like a punch drunk boxer with cuts over both eyes, Gloomy just keeps swinging, hoping to connect.
Regarding the infectiousness of CV, i now have 2 friends who've tested positive for antibodies with varying levels of symptoms months ago. Both of their spouses tested negative and they've never had symptoms. Living together for months, yet no infection?
'Esplain that to me, Lucy!

I have a friend who’s on there and she said it’s hell. I’m keeping everyone in my prayers.

@Kaiser. Sir you are on point. Anyone who has served in the greatest military in the world knows why the "Chain of Command " is imperative for the safety of all personnel in any situation in peace or at war. Imagine if you will , ordering a salvo ,dropping ordinance on a position without any interaction but with yourself because it seemed like the correct thing to do .The CVN-71 Captain Crozier did not follow COC. Mistakes at this level costs lifes and you do not respawn back in the game.
