federal money being given out to citizens and nothing to illegals
so how about tie money to the illegals to an accurate census and border wall funding/security
say 20 billion for 20 billion ....results of census helps with congressional seats and funding

"I am not a citizen, therefore I cannot sit on a jury" provision

I'm pretty sure Voter Registration is where jury pools are chosen. California has Motot Voter therefore many people even those who chose not to register to vote ( jehovah witnesses, foreign nationals) all for some reason end up in the voting pool.

They can't use voter registration for jury selection. I'm not a registered voter and haven't been for years, yet I still get notices for jury duty.
