As Mr. Barr has reminded mayors and governors, there is no "Pandemic Exception" to the US Constitution. The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled against a Kentucky lockdown as biased against churches. A judge was recently overruled in Oregon when he declared the lockdown unconstitutional, now the Oregon Supremes are taking it up.
It would be nice if SCOTUS would step up but for sure the guvmint decisions don't always make much sense. In Minnesota, you can go to a bar, restaurant, hair salon, barbershop as of June 1, with restrictions on distancing and masks BUT you can't go to church? That's blatantly unequal treatment and that one is getting challenged directly by churches opening on their own without the Governors blessing.
Whatever, I'm an atheist, so don't give a shit what these people do if they're willing to pay the ultimate price. I do so every day by a doing a variety of activities outside the house. Fuck it, I tested negative so not gonna infect anybody only myself. I made my choice. You should make your own.
