Before you put something on the grill, you need to put on the rub.....yes, sprinkle the rub over the entire portion. If doing a whole chicken, you need to carefully rub the breasts, making sure you get adequate coating. And make sure you really rub those thighs....you want to make sure the flavor gets into the meat so it is nice and juicy.

You need to take your time.....it is so important that you rub the entire body, not missing any part. To make sure, rub everything again to make sure the meat will be flavorful and so, so juicy.
