And another negative result.

We really need a large US clinical study, but it's getting to the point you can't ignore the overwhelming number of large US observational studies that were negative.

The VA Study, the two NY studies (from NE Journal of Medicine and JAMA), the Lancet study, and now this NJ study.

Meanwhile, Tocilizumab therapy showed some promise here.

The Lancet study I think may have been a meta-analysis.

HCQ does not typically translate from in vitro to human use.
However, there does seem to be a subset of the population that presents positive outcomes.
Unless contraindicated and when used under a doctor's supervision, given the choice, I'd probably try it early on.
I'm an adult weighing risk/reward for myself.

I love how people celebrate the fact that a drug might not help with Covid-19. Like the OP is rooting for the Grim Reaper....that is so fucked up......

Don't we want a cure, vaccine or good treatment? Not the OP... he is rooting for failure and death....
