I like any woman who has the courage to express herself in the way she wants, I think tattoos and piercings are a sign of a more self aware and independent spirit.

I prefer natural.
There is a lady who I've been told has fake boobs. I have squeezed, examined and looked for scars but can't find any evidence. They feel really nice. I'm not going to ask her.
There is another who has two rocks on her chest but I like her so I overlook them.

Natural, no tats, easy on the makeup and perfume is what I prefer. Worst case for me is stripper vibe with big fake tits, glitter, heavily tatted and reeking of perfume. But... I've had a very nice time with plenty of girls that fall somewhere in between.

I like the ones that wash. I like the ones that stay hydrated and clean their teeth. I like the ones that don't rush. I like the ones that can look you in the eye. I like the ones who really enjoy themselves.

Ladies can of course choose to modify their bodies as they choose.
Too many tats are the #1 reason I’ll decide not to see a woman. I’m not a fan of implants either.
I’m older / old school; I try to find as close to a 100% naturally beautiful woman as I can find.

I think I want to say natural, but I probably really prefer unnatural. As long it's not too overdone. Probably the best amount is done enough to the point where I can't tell if it's unnatural.
Fine with nose and ear piercings, actually probably not something extreme like gauges. Any other piercings not a fan of.
Tattoos are fine, as long as it's not too much. For me personally.

That question is like women and chocolate. White, black, Asian, Latin, Arabian/Cuban.... Sees candy, snickers, Reese’s, Hershey, cake.... I like em all, but I also have my preferences.
I seek out natural first. I do avoid enhanced, but I’m not opposed to it. Tats... same thing but I prefer minimal. I don’t like butt tats at all, it’s just a turn off.

Prefer no tats but I've seen some nice art on a couple of girls. I agree - you hate to be staring at a manager's name on the side of the neck or a titty.
Not a fan of studs/piercings on cheeks, faces, small of the back, wrists, etc. I like women because they have soft, beautiful skin. I'm not trying to get lacerations.
I've been with one girl who had enormous fake boobies and butt implants. She was quite taken with herself and kept staring at the mirror the whole session. Definitely body dysphoria gone awry. I felt bad for her. It's like a woman transitioning to be a cartoon version of a woman. Her body felt like she was made up of a variety of different size basketballs. Obviously not a fan.
But, as others have said, plenty of great girls out here that don't fit my exact specs. I appreciate them and I am thankful that so many have seen fit to spend a little time with me.

Natural is great and always preferred, breast implants or lifts are nice as long as they don’t make her look like a cartoon character. I’ve seem a woman many times who has great enhanced breasts. Loved them. Tattoos are art, a woman’s body is not always the best place to display it. I like tattoos but as someone else said don’t wanna see some dude’s name in my fantasy. Piercings ? No thanks. To me that says “ hands off” and im a “hands on” kinda guy.
I like soft, clean, and sweet. And fun is the best thing to have!

A good quality boob job is ok. Some lipo where necessary is ok too...
Pierced nipples? Nope.
Excess tattoos and any chest tattoos or sleeves? Nope.
Butt implants? No way. Do some squats.
Everything else? Think long and hard about it. God's female body is a work of art. Poking holes in it or placing graffiti all over it is NOT an improvement.
