Excellent. Encourage people to spread the virus from an epicenter to less affected areas. One of many mistakes our awful government is making. The logic is probably: we don't want the disadvantaged and "people of color" to be the only ones to suffer. We want everyone to suffer equally. Just to make sure, we'll let more criminals out of jail, etc.

Doesn’t matter if Long Beach isn’t a county. It’s literally right next door. No point in starting phases differently, when some are right next door.

THIS state is 2 distant areas:
SAN-SAN: SAN DIEGO Metropolitan area, NORTH all the way to SAN FRANCISCO Metropolitan area...
and everywhere else. this area is coincidentally BLUE, while rest of state is RED.

While sometimes the local laws application are absurd, they are there for a reaso . Just like those interstate border towns where on side of the line it’s one state, another side it’s another with stricter rules. Like Utah and Nevada. Very opposite community guidelines, and a quick drive can get you something you can’t at the other state.It is what it is.
