I think govt may need to address the business liability risks that small businesses take on by opening their doors. With quarantine restrictions going away, who knows where customers and employees can catch the coronavirus?
Supposed a SC operator opens up again take some precautions but someone eventually tests positive for c19. The customer or employee gets 19, and hires a contingency lawyer against business owner for either opening or not taking enough precautions.
For a small business to have to hire a good attorney to defend one or more of these cases may put him/her out of business. same can be said of barber shops or nail salons or dine in restaurants.
Business owners take risk to open doors, get economy going again, and get employees back to work but in the end, the business owners loses more if someone(s) claims he/she catches c19 while visiting the business and becomes hospitalized or dies.
It is Macao, China. I am not certain after the Hong Kong mandate in recent days that the PRC fun-killers will allow Macao to continue with this type of entertainment. Macao and Hong Kong were guaranteed autonomy after the UK ended their influence there in the 90's. Guessing now that the PRC has other ideas.
Reminds me of the "FishBowl" Clubs in Thailand & Manila.....especially pre AIDS, those where the days. I've dumped mega bucks in strip clubs in the past but wild horses couldn't get me back into them in the US today. Too many better alternatives; Hx, TJ, AAMP's etc. Horses for courses but I think their time is gone.
Absolutely. California Girls on Harbor in Santa Ana is my favorite. Cute dancers and a chill atmosphere. I've picked up many ladies from this establishment over the years. It will never replace HX but it is a fun alternative!
How can you do a lap dances 6 feet apart?
Actually you're closer than 6 feet putting money on the stage.
I guess you will have chuck dollars from the back of the room lol
@CACutieClub A friend of mine in Hong Kong said the PRC is "boiling the frog." He's going to live full time in Canada once the virus thing is clear enough for travel.
As for strip clubs; I've never been. I guess I'm just that kind of person.
The boiling frog metaphor cautions people to be aware of even gradual change lest they suffer eventual undesirable consequences. It can also be applied as a caution against the creeping normality that government officials have enforced in the US since the Covid-19 restrictions against peaceful assembly and control over church gatherings.
IN RE: Strip clubs: We hosted a few of the ladies from the east SGV during our early days. It did not work out as expected for reasons too numerous to itemize here. There was a white girl- petite, early 20's at the time- who understood how this worked. The others were a complete waste of time.
@CAcutieclub , Hong Kong should have been given laxed gun rights and laws before they handed things over to China, That probably would have halted alot of what CCCP are doing today in Hong Kong and Macau
@Goddess Euphoria if I went to a drive thru strip club and saw you dancing, I would burn rubber and get the hell out of there. you can change your name but I recognize those corona naps and poor hair care anywhere
Coffee Houses in GG are open now. Think they went to the metric system for social distancing and use 6 cm vs 6 ft.
Only masks in sight were on the bouncer.
