The joke is the Santa Monica curfew at 1 p.m. Who the hell's ever heard of a curfew that early in the afternoon? Usually it's at last 6 p.m. or sundown. I understand the reason why, but its just weird to me. If people continue to loot, what's next? 10 a.m.? Then will they be allowed to get out of bed?!
