When you take national averages, there are lots of data points. Yes, when looking at average pay, race does show a difference. But is that race or is that a function of education and training? Not really due to race.
I can show statistics that short white guys are discriminated against in the NBA. There aren't any, so the NBA is racist......obviously an absurd conclusion. The requirements to play basketball typically includes being tall, so short people lack the essential criteria for the job.
So if my job requires a degree in computer science and there are more Asians who have that degree, there will probably be more Asians in that position.

listen many people came here from 3rd world countries and with no English and no money they made it.. I am one them. This country gives every opportunity and trust me blacks have more opportunity then any of us. My advice is is you want change first change your self be productive and hustle no one will give you anything on a silver platter. I been harassed by cops before everyone has.. this is why we have court systems all you have to say ok officer and fight your battle at courts. This country is corrupt that's for sure but dont let that distract you just focus on making yourself better.

People need to listen to Candace Owens, she's real and now I'll probably get blasted but the only people holding anyone back is themselves. Sure it might be tough but put on your big boy or girl panties and take control of your life instead of waiting for someone in the government to tell you what to do, what to wear, when to wake up and ask where's my cheese.
