I'm looking forward to the numbers 2 weeks from now. If we dont see a massive spike in cases, I think alot more folks will start calling bullshit.

A mere 2 weeks ago we were being told by the media that if we didn't practice social distancing and wore masks, we were all going to die. People in Orange County who protested that the beaches were closed were shamed for not wearing masks and keeping 6 feet apart.
Now it is perfectly ok and no one is saying anything about protesters wearing masks or staying 6 feet apart....
Can we say 'hypocrisy'??????????????????????????????????????

Wasn't it just a few weeks ago they had the damn coast guard arresting surfers who were all by themselves, and governors arresting salon shop owners for trying to reopen their livelihoods and now we got crickets on that.

It’s the same argument: the well being of the people.
Masks and social distancing protect against the virus.
Protests are meant to reduce the harm from bad apples in law enforcement.
People are willing to go get beat up and possibly receive mortal wounds in order to protect their rights and those of the oppressed from law enforcement.
