I don’t know how true that chart is because I have tattoos all over my body and some places that say they’re the most painful was not painful for me at all.

Don't see the point.
People have different pain tolerances so a chart is pointless.
Women go through fucking childbirth, so I'm guessing a lot of them aren't afraid of those needles.
And lastly... some people LIKE the pain. I've seen chicks so tatted up you have to look for an unmarked space.
So... I don't think this is going to dissuade shit. Especially since these people don't seem to care that they're going to look fucking ridiculous in the retirement home with all that ink on their saggy assed bods.

NPA and conservative for the most part.
While a tattoo can be political, my comment here wasn't. I have no problem with those that get them but there's a mentality of individualism that some ascribe to it, in my estimation that is balderdash. If it's so much about individualism why do so many people get the same ones?
Not my bag at all. But there's some stone cold hotties that have them.
