Key thing in keto is to avoid or minimize carbs, and keep up with your plant or animal protein
If you aren’t running a marathon everyday then don’t eat carbs with every meal: that means bread, (all grains really: pasta, bagels, etc) rice, potatoes etc
You could eat all fruits and vegetables which essentially will become close to a paleo diet.
Now if you are over weight, add intermittent fasting to get rid of the weight faster.

Also stock up on the low carb tortillas (Mission makes them) that way you can still have tacos and burritos)

Simply routine
Wake up
Do 50 push-ups...
Eat 5 egg white
Lunch
3 El pollo loco chicken breasts
Evening gym session (2 hours minimum)
Go ham on the weight i mean it...
Fuck the cardio bs, I was a cardio freak that don’t work
Bench press, dumbell variations of chest, back, triceps, shoulders...lift with anger.
Then finish up the work out with a killer heavy bag routine and some jump rope
Dinner
5 egg whites and plant based protein
Take your vitamins too
Rub coconut oil and make up remover to stimulate the sweat glands...
Lift and exercise like it’s the last time you ever will.

I’ve been think of doing a keto diet but I don’t know how. I didn’t know El Pollo Loco chicken breast counted as keto

Then you kill it in the gym and burn 1000-1500 calories.
Make sure you get some pre workout.
