Read the NPR link and what I see is another intelligence failure.
Nobody seems to have been informed at any level whether this is true or not?
Nobody even appears to know one way or the other.
Are we talking 9/11? Iraqi WMD's? Vietnam?
We have like 19 different intelligence agencies and nobody ever seems to know WTF
Or it's another made up bullshit story that politicians take as an opportunity to show us how much they care.

As the story progresses I will concede that intelligence people have been telling Trump for months, but no consensus as to when he was first told. One intelligence branch says March, another February, and even Bolton says he personally informed Trump back in May of 2019.
No one is denying that Trump was informed (except for his sycophants), just when.
