Depends on what you like. But try Street Car Merchant... Best Fried Chicken in your life. Most Def get the Mac and Cheese also. It's about a 30-45 min wait cause they make everything fresh. Black Own Business also. It's in North Park. You can also walk around the area. Most The Restaurant Closes around 10PM FYI. If your looking for something quick you can go to the famous Lucha Libra and get the surf and turf burrito. Make sure you get the white sauce. I'm a huge Foodie so it all depends on your mood and what you wants...
Drinks. Try True North... All within a 5 min walk.
There always Gas Lamp also... Have fun and Enjoy SD!

Old Town San Diego is nice.

Balboa Park with the zoo and the nearby museums is nice to visit.

Little Italy & The Gas Lamp District is good.

Sadly, all SD restaurants must close tonight at midnight. This order is from the Governor. The order is to be in place for three weeks.
The only exception is those with outside dining facilities. Fortunately, there are many.
Try C Level on San Diego Bay across from the airport. Coasterra is upscale Mexican food right next to C Level...same owners. Both have outside dining with superb views of the San Diego Bay and the downtown skyline.
Another suggestion is Phil's BBQ. They have four open restaurants in the county with one in Point Loma on Sports Arena...great BBQ...
The Zoo and Sea World are closed...I'm pretty sure, however, I think the USS Midway is open.
The weather is great and the beaches are open.
Have fun!

The San Diego Zoo is open.

In the City the Gaslamp and Balboa Park are cool. The Mission and Coronado Beach are cool as well. Sadly no clubs are gonna be fun right now because of COVID .
