Queen of Sheens Ethiopian food on La Brea.
It’s highly recommended, and It is supposed to be good food that res present the culture, but I was utterly disgusted by it and it ruined my date with one of the most beautiful women I have ever known.

The food wasn't bad necessarily but I found Bazaar at the SLS underwhelming

She is an international reporter from Spain coming to Los Angeles for the Latin Grammys.
Naturally friendly, smelled fantastic and green eyes and dark skin..... *swoon*
Met her at the airport, as we both came in from abroad (she from Europe, me from Asia). We hit it off and I wanted to show her stuff beyond Hollywood.

Haha....I really dislike In & Out Burger.
I never got the infatuation with In & Out, I don't dislike it but I won't go out of my way for their food. I live about a mile from a In & Out and go there maybe twice a year. Actually I like Wendy's burgers better than In & Out.
Worst restaurant for me was Sizzler Baldwin Park. The food was just blah.

Thank you everyone; it's a fun topic.
I wish I knew the name of this now out of business place but they salted everything and with so much salt you could taste the salt. Really taste the salt; a steak that tasted of brine and had visible salt crystals on it, salt in the mash potatoes, salt in the salad...the only thing that didn't have salt was the water. I thought it was just me but no, I watched a couple cringe after taking a few bites of food.
Place went belly up in a couple of months.

Easily Applebee’s hands down. If I had dinner there and then got roofied and woke up with my underwear on backwards, eating at Applebee’s would still be the worst part of my night.

I love Mastro's, usually visited the one in Costa Mesa when I lived in Cali. Had not tried the Vegas location since I moved here because there are so many other steakhouses that I wanted to try. Some friends came to town right before the COVID shutdown in March and wanted to go, it was disappointing. Not that it was horrible but not close to how great the OC location was last time I visited.
