I think in Stone's case, it's called the Constitution.
(Trump is a crook, he commuted the sentence of his friend that funneled information to him from wiki leaks during the 2016 election? He commented the sentence right before Stone was to head to jail mid July)
In Flynn's case, prosecutorial misconduct led to termination of his case, not any action by Trump,
(This was some unprecedented shit done by Trump fixer Bill Barr after Flynn had already pled guilty?)
(The Federal prosecutors on this case are still upset and baffled by Barr's action)
(Barr also just had South District of New York Head Prosecutor fired who is oversee cases related to Trump and associates) Straight Corruption at the highest levels in plain site.
And Manafort was released, if I recall correctly, for Covid by the prison system, not by Trump.
(The number of people that got home release from prison from that prison is close to the percentage of people hit by lightening this year)
