Here's a complication:
The tribes that will benefit from the McGirt decision fought for the Confederacy and enslaved Africans. The Cherokee owned slaves and denied membership to the descendants of slaves, the so-called Cherokee Freedmen, until forced to accept them in 2017.......under order of the federal district court.
Should the Tribes be cancelled?

Actually, a good chunk of PS is Injun land and they lease it out.
Pretty cool hiking back up in them Injun canyons...Murray, Palm, Andreas, etc.
Years ago, they used to have an Indian pow-wow up in there with rain dances, full Injun bonnets, etc.
